Designed, planned, developed, permitted and/or inspected commercial and residential site development plans and subdivisions including:

 

  • The Tallahassee Automobile Museum Outbuildings (a conference center and detail garage),

  • Infrastructure (including a bridge and causeway) for the future 200 acre Alford Arm commercial development,

  • The Tallahassee Fairfield Inn (a 100 room hotel built on a 1.5 acre piece of property),

  • The 3 acre Concord Road Stormwater Facility for the City of Tallahassee Stormwater Division

  • The Apostolic Church of Tallahassee (a 10,000 square foot church to be constructed on a 5 acre parcel)

Supervised and organized teams of technical reviewers to determine conformance with land development codes.  Participated in the review and design of every site plan, subdivision, or highway project constructed within the City of Tallahassee, including:

 

  • Southwood, a progressive 3,200-acre master-planned “community within a community”

  • Governor’s Square Mall Annex, a 100,000 square foot building  expansion, and stormwater retrofit

  • Centre Pointe, a 100-acre commercial subdivision, including a stormwater facility utilizing water reuse

  • Watershed and stormwater system analysis to ensure minimized water quality and rate control impacts

  • Project development and impact to environmental constraints
